Susan
Berilla '04
Susan Berilla, M.A.
communication studies 2004, is
the 2004 Outstanding Graduate student for the College of Arts and Letters. Berilla
works full-time in CSUSB’s human resources department as manager of training
and development. What she managed best at Cal State, however, may have been her
studies. She finished with a 4.0 grade point average and would actually ask for
more work from her professors. Susan also organized study groups and shared her
