With the West Region title in hand after beating Humboldt St. Monday night, the Cal State San Bernardino men's basketball team now has its sights set on Springfield, MA and the NCAA Elite Eight tournament. The Coyotes' quarterfinal opponent is Wingate University of the South Atlantic Conference; tip-off is scheduled for Wednesday, March 21 at 11:30 a.m. PDT (2:30 p.m. EDT).

This is CSUSB's third trip to the national championship tournament, the first two ending quickly with first-round eliminations versus Florida Southern (1999) and Metro State (2002).
